We’re looking for a leader with a passion for consumer experience innovation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is able to identify and develop whitespaces. You will use your product management experience to drive execution of new-to-world consumer experiences and services.
As a member of the Digital Innovation team, you will be responsible for owning and driving a vision, solving for ambiguity, and changing the way our company thinks about digital user experiences.

This position requires a strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to dive in and develop a vision for new pilots with best-in-class social platforms and marketplaces.
Essential Functions
  • Drives a vision and builds collaboration with cross-functional teams to align vision and execution
  • Collaborates with technology, business, and consulting partners to solve problems
  • Leads with clear requirements and an understanding of technology implications and tradeoffs
  • Develops senior leadership presentations and business cases to drive buy-in
  • Works with leading technology partners to develop new features
  • Creates a longer term roadmap for pilots that will change our approach to consumer experiences
Your Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience in product management or product marketing in a technology or e-commerce company
  • Strategy or planning experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity for new technology
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Bias for collaborative action (team player who can drive action)
  • Top-tier MBA preferred
  • Experience in leading platform companies
  • Embraces ambiguity
