This position is responsible for supporting the Information Technology department by optimizing Supply Chain processes.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Sales order management
  • Sales and Demand Planning
  • Delivery and Shipping
  • Billing and Accounts Receivable
  • Analyze and improve the existing SAP solution
  • Design and implement new SAP solutions
  • Document the existing process landscape, benchmark it against industry standards and reach and sustain a best-in-class performance
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators to monitor the current implementation
  • Establish required change management to align the existing organization to the needs of the SAP/Business process
  • Uses a professional consulting skill-set to create high agreement in the business for necessary changes by explaining the impact of SAP to their daily operations and shows also the value of the solution
  • Ability to lead a team through the different phases of an implementation moderate process improvement workshops goal and result oriented
  • Ability to analyze improvement activities, estimate effort and plan a complete implementation (design, development, test, train, implement)




  • Bachelor's degree
  • Have been a part of at least one full cycle SAP implementation required
  • Five (5) years of experience in Sales Supply Chain
  • Experience working within a Global Organization is preferred
