One of the largest grain-based manufactures in Europe with total annual revenues of $1B, producing a variety of private label and national brand equivalent cookies, crackers and snacks for major national and regional grocery chains.



Analyze category information.  Customer management.  Price and margin policies. Coordinate with other departments and suppliers to manage the business.

Prepare annual plans per client objectives, strategy and actions to be implemented.

Review monthly forecast.

Conduct regular visits to the client:  new products, campaigns, product information, linear analysis, prices and spaces.

Analyze market opportunities, understanding the interests and needs of the buyer / client.

Work with Demand Planning to update demand and forecast review.  Work with Customer Service or Quality departments to resolve incidents.



BS / BA.

2+ years’ experience in direct selling of bakery foods and/or ingredients.

Relationship building, negotiation skills, strategic insight and concept thinking.

Knowledge of marketing and sales to develop new concepts and ideas with a creative and goal-oriented objective.

Bi-lingual Spanish, a plus.
