The company is a leading, privately held national food service company serving business and industry, education, healthcare and the entertainment sectors. 
The client is a top ranked regional college with 2,500 undergrad and graduate students. 
The program consists of a Dining Hall with various concepts, Food Court with 4 concepts, Coffee Shop, catering and receptions.

Responsible for planning and managing a multi-location dining service operation.  Manages the daily business contract and serves as the daily client contact. 
Provide the overall leadership in the planning, organizing and directing of the dining and catering services. 
Directs the work of a management team of 6 and 60 team members in the procurement, storage, preparation and serving of quality food and beverage for this multi-operation location.
Oversees the ordering, receiving and accounting of all food products, supplies and equipment.  Prepares budget estimates, maintains cost control and achieving sound financial results.
Manage the interviewing, selecting, managing, training and developing of team members and foster an atmosphere of teamwork.
Position reports to the District Manager

5+ years of food service campus dining management experience with client interaction, presentations and quarterly reviews.
Knowledge of meal plan structures, new culinary concepts and programs for residential and retail locations.
Background as a chef or trained in the culinary arts.
Success in managing and developing teams, proficiency in financial management,
budgeting, cost control and interpreting results.
