We are looking for a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise Accounts to be part of the US Sales team based in Chicago. While traveling throughout the U.S and internationally, you will be responsible for cultivating existing Enterprise business relationships to enhance product understanding and education, service utilization and customer satisfaction.

Use your impeccable relationship skills to create win/win outcomes for everyone that you work with.  This role is ideal for personable and conscientious candidates with a desire and ability to offer excellent customer service by communicating and listening with customers and pro-actively assisting their service understanding and product utilization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a scalable and measurable process for quarterly business or semi- annual customer reviews. Administer the renewal sales process (e.g. renewal forecast) to deliver timely renewal or expansion and minimize attrition. Interface with internal resources and support as needed to initiate corrective actions when a customer may be at risk.

Experience Desirable: 5-15 years of relevant experience in a client facing role (i.e. customer success, account management, sales). Demonstrable ability to communicate ideas and develop customer initiatives and programs. Comfortable working with clients at the Enterprise level. Knowledge of the following areas would be very beneficial: Telecom, VoIP, Computer Networking. Familiarity with Salesforce. Able to travel domestically and internationally.
