Opportunity to join a rapidly growing business intelligence health IT company that provides decision support to determine "right care at the right time"  or "better patient outcomes". 

A critical line management role for the organization, the Client Management Executive is responsible for all client management efforts, including: strategic planning, consulting on optimal program design to fulfill the client’s business objectives, and communicating program performance. Additionally, the Client Management Executive partners with internal resources to ensure client delivers service excellence

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Drives client management and planning including understanding program value, vision, and measures of success. 
  • Acts as the primary client partner for solution implementation and client service.
  • Monitors, manages, and communicates client's overall value and proposition.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor for clients, proactively identifying opportunities to address client objectives (e.g., improve cost of care for their members).
  • Partners with internal teams to promote client satisfaction, retention and drive enhanced value to the client via strategic solutions.
  • Leads sales expansion activities including management and delivery of timely and accurate sales pipeline forecasting.
  • Drives contract renewal/negotiation, including ensuring pricing and contract terms are aligned with client's profitability targets.
  • May Advise/train/mentor lower level Client Management staff.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in business or technology consulting, health plan/benefits management
Demonstrated commitment to serving clients
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners
Experience with health plan management would be a plus.
Ability to travel 20-30 percent of the time
