  • Be the centralized owner to leverage the database and CRM software, which includes working with team members to include stabilizing the data environment, organizational comprehension of database and CRM components, and ensuring data-driven capabilities are leveraged in marketing and sales efforts
  • Conduct deep analysis and research leveraging our database and external sources to make connections between existing and past clients and/or corporations for the most effective and meaningful new business engagements
  • Work with Business Development team on communications, strategies, and research needed to stay engaged with high-value clients and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and employ data governance processes to ensure cleanliness and quality of client and prospect database and its appropriate use, including dashboards to monitor and ongoing audits of system/processes
  • In conjunction with the Business Development team, develop system to prioritize customer lists teams and setup associated workflows within contact management systems, including training on contact system software
  • Create authentic and collaborative relationships across the organization while serving as main point of contact for the CRM and Network database
  • Other duties as designed to further leverage the database and incorporate its use and utility into the lifeblood of the organization




  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM, database management and design, data governance, and database marketing is required
  • 2 years of experience with customer contact CRM software for sales teams is required, Salesforce is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience developing strategies and leveraging content for ongoing network communication strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in working on extracting, cleansing, and formatting data for marketing purposes
  • Expert level user within Microsoft Office
